The big round icons do the following:

	-	This shows you information about you.
	-	This takes you to a map to help you find your way around Petpet Park.
	-	This takes you to a closet where you can customise your avatar.
	-	This takes you to news of the latest happenings in Petpet Park.
	-	This displays your chat log!
	-	This lets you select tricks so you can show off.
	-	This lets you see what you're carrying.

The chat window is in the center and the square buttons let you do the following:

	-	This lets you switch between Easy and Standard Chat, if you have permission.
	-	This brings up a list of Easy Chat choices.
	-	This sends your chat.
	-	This lets you choose chat emotes.

Easy! Simply point with your mouse and click on the spot where you want to go. A small paw print will appear and you will walk to it.

The round objects are game tiles. To play a game, just stand on the round tile.

The rectangle tiles you see in front of buildings are doormats, or shop tiles. Stand on these to enter a building.

There are also square tiles. Since Petpet Park is quite a large place, it's broken up into zones. The square tiles are like boundaries between these zones, and stepping on one of these tiles will move you into the next zone.

The currency of Petpet Park is Park Points (PPs), which can be earned by playing mini-games. This is used to buy items in all shops except the Petpet Park Mall, which takes Neocash (NC).

If you'd like to learn more about another player, click on their avatar to see their profile.

To see more information about you, click on the icon with a picture of an ID card on it (at the bottom of the screen). Your profile will pop up, allowing you to read all about your Petpet.

A bored, hungry Petpet is a sad Petpet! Keep your Petpet happy by feeding them!

They are there to help you find your way around the park. For example:

• Fashionista Flerilda knows Wardrobe Wars inside-out
• Mr. Grimbsy offers a haunted mystery maze challenge
• Marble-whiz Geo will help you out in Skeedaddle

The easiest way to read all the latest news is to click on the picture of the newspaper at the bottom of your screen while playing Petpet Park. To read news on the website instead of in the game, click on the news link at the top of every page.

There are all sorts of things to do in Petpet Park! You can play mini-games, perform jobs for the locals, buy items to customise and feed your Petpet, and much more! New activities and games are being added all the time, too!

A job is a task you are asked to perform by one of the Petpet Park locals. If you're ever short on funds, the locals of Petpet Park can always find some odd job for you to do if you ask them, and they'll often reward you nicely! While completing these jobs, you may have to use some of the skills you've learned in Petpet Park, such as harvesting or delivering packages. But who knows? You might even need to play a game to complete a quest!

Visit the Jobs panel from your profile to see what job you're on and what tasks you need to perform to complete the job.

Once you have enough Park Points (PP) for whatever you want to buy, enter a shop and click on the item you desire. Information about the item, such as the name, description, and cost will pop up. Select 'Buy' to purchase the item and it will be added to your inventory automatically. If after seeing the description you change your mind, just click .No, Thanks..

Simply click on the Closet icon and then drag and drop your desired items onto your Petpet avatar. You can buy clothing items for Park Points at Fins, Feathers and Fashion or for Neocash at the Petpet Park Mall. You can also change your Petpet's color by buying ink bottles at the Petpet Emporium in the Market Lane area and then visiting Groomtopia in Fashion Field.

To eat, click on the backpack icon, which will open up your inventory. Find the food you want and drag and drop it onto your Petpet avatar. If you don't have any food in your inventory, visit The Munchery or the Petpet Park Mall to pick up some food items.

Mini-games are indicated by the star tiles around the park. Single star tiles are one player games, and ones in groups are multi-player games with two, three or four players. If you want to play a single-player game, step on one of the lone circles. A countdown will start, and you will be transported to the game. If you want to play multi-player, step on one of the circles that are clustered in groups of two, three, or four. When a cluster is full, the countdown will start. If you want to play with friends, organise it so that you all step in the same cluster.

If you need any help, there will be friendly, helpful Petpets near all the games who will be glad to assist you with any lobby or game questions you might have. Games can be found in Shadow Grove, Lucky Valley, Pawvillion, Fashion Field, and Pool of Illusion.

There are two kinds of chat in Petpet Park: Easy and Standard.

To use Easy Chat: Click on the chat bar to bring up the chat topics and then scroll through them to find the one you're looking for. Once you've found your topic, click on it to bring up the statements available to that topic. Click the statement and hit Enter on your keyboard or click the "Send" button to post that message for others to see.

To use Standard Chat: Simply type in what you want to say and hit Enter or click the "Send" button to post your message. Words that aren't allowed will turn red and your message cannot be sent. Delete or replace the red words to post your message.

Yup! To the right of the chat bar is the emote menu (the yellow happy face). Click the button to see all the options, and then click the one you want to use. It will appear over your head for all to see.

Pals is a feature that allows you to make friends and keep track of them in Petpet Park.

Click on the Pals Icon to launch the Pals feature

To ask another player to be your Pal, click on the paw next to their username and select Add. You can also type their username into the input field and press the add button. If they accept, you will become Pals and appear in each other's My Pals Tab.

To remove a Pal, click on the paw and select Remove. Once you have confirmed that you want to remove them, their pal bar will disappear from your my Pals Tab.

Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal

• What is the Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal?
  The Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal is a special limited-edition Winter item that you can only get at Petpet Park Mall through January 6th. After you purchase it, you can visit Blitz at Blizzard Mountain and ask him to open it for you. You're sure to find some exclusive treats inside!!
• Do I have to open my Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal? Or can I just keep it in my Backpack?
  You do not have to open your Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal. You can just keep it in your Backpack if you'd like to.
• What happens to my Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal after Blitz opens it?
  Once Blitz opens your Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal, it will disappear from your Backpack - however, you'll find some exclusive treats in it's place!!
• When do I have to visit Blitz by if I want him to open my Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal?
  You must visit Blitz by 11:59 PM (NST) on January 6, 2010 if you want him to open your crystal.
• Can I purchase more than one Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal?
  Yes, you can purchase as many Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystals as you want to, but you must visit Blitz by 11:59 PM (NST) on January 6, 2010 if you want him to open your crystal!

Trick or Treat Basket

• What is the Trick or Treat Basket?
  The Trick or Treat Basket is a special Halloween item that you can only get at Petpet Park Mall. Carry it around and receive exclusive prizes from the locals in Petpet Park!
• How do I collect my prizes with the Trick or Treat Basket?
  After you've purchased your Trick or Treat Basket from Petpet Park Mall, go to your Closet and put on your basket. Then, with your basket in hand, go trick or treating to get special prizes from five locals around the Park. To know which locals to visit, look for the jack-o-lantern image above their heads.
• How long does trick-or-treating last in the Park?
  You can go trick-or-treating in the Park from 10/22 to 11/1. However, the Trick or Treat Basket is only available for purchase in the Mall until 11:59 p.m. on 10/31.
• Can I trick or treat more than once?
  No, you may only trick or treat and collect prizes once - even if you purchase additional Trick or Treat Baskets.

The Vault is a place where you store items that your backpack can't hold. You can also use it to store any extra items you don't use regularly, like clothing.

Your backpack is just for items that you carry with you while you roam the Park. The Vault is for all of the extra items that you own. For example, clothing and grooming items stored in the Vault will still be usable when you visit the Dressing Room or Groomtopia, so it's a good idea to store such items in the Vault. That way, you won't have to lug them around!

The Vault is located in the northwest corner of Park Pointe Square. You'll know you're in the right place when you see Alroy the grumpy guard standing outside. You can't miss him! To enter the Vault, just step on the yellow doorstep.

While in the Vault, pick up an item in your backpack by clicking and holding the item in the toolbar. From there, just drag the item to the Vault shelves and let go. The item will be placed in the first available space, in the category where it belongs.

To move an item from the Vault to your backpack, drag an item from the Vault shelf down to the backpack toolbar and let go. If your backpack has room, the item will be placed in your backpack!

First, select the type of item you'd like to search for. You can search through NC items, PP items, or all of your items.
Then, start typing the item's name in the search box. Items matching that name will show up on the Vault shelves automatically. Keep typing until what you're looking for shows up.

You can sort the items in the Vault by using the green category buttons near the top.
Simply click one of the buttons, such as 'Clothes', and only items of that category will appear on the Vault shelves. If you want to see every item in the Vault again, just click on the 'All' button!

• All - Clicking this button displays all of the items in the Vault.
• Clothes - This button shows all of the wearable items in the Vault.
• Food - Clicking this brings up all of the edible items.
• Petpetpets - If there's a Petpetpet in your Vault, pressing this button will display it.
• Books - To see the books in your Vault, click this button.
• Grooming - View your Grooming items by choosing this button.
• Other - Click this button to see everything else.

Your backpack is in the Vault so that you can move items between it and the Vault.

The toolbar contains the items stored in your backpack. You can drag items to and from this bar to move items between your backpack and the Vault.

Click the blue arrows on either side of the toolbar to view more items in your backpack.

There is a trash can in the Vault so that you can get rid of items you no longer want. You can delete Park Point items, but quest and Petpet Park Mall items can't be deleted.

To throw an item away, click on the item, then drag it to the trash can icon and drop it there. You will see a message confirming that you want to delete the item. Once an item has been deleted, it's gone forever and can't be retrieved, so be sure you want to delete it before clicking 'Yes, delete it'!

These numbers tell you how many of that particular item you have. In the example here, you have three Phantashrooms. Clicking on the item grabs one of these Phantashrooms so you can move it. To move the rest of the Phantashrooms, you'll have to click and drag two more times.

Your backpack has 16 slots for holding Park Point items. There is currently no limit on the number of quest or Petpet Park Mall items you can hold in your backpack.

Once your backpack is full, any new Park Point item you purchase will automatically be moved to the Vault for you. You can visit the Vault if you want to move the items into your backpack. Just be sure to clear space in your backpack first!

At the moment, harvested items, quest rewards, and Petpet Park Mall items will be placed in your backpack even if it's full.

The Vault can currently hold an unlimited number of items. It's bigger than it looks!

Nope! Your Vault has limitless storage space at the moment. Alroy will keep everything safe.

Yes, they are! If you create a Petpet Park account, you are also creating a Neopets.com account at the same time, and vice versa. If you already have the maximum five accounts allowed on Neopets.com, make sure that you do not create a Petpet Park account! (This would be your 6th Neopets.com account, which is against the rules.) Instead, log in to Petpet Park using one of your existing Neopets.com accounts.

You are allowed a maximum of five accounts, which work on both Petpetpark.com and Neopets.com. Please do not create any more than that.

In order to make sure everyone enjoys their time in Petpet Park, an account is frozen when its owner fails to obey the rules. If your account is frozen, you will receive a notice stating why when you attempt to log in to the Park. The notice may also contain instructions on how to get your account unfrozen depending on the situation.
